The morning zodiac cruise took us to Royal Bay, where there is this Macaroni and Chinstrap colony.
The commentary was by Damon Ramsey, an Australian author of several books about Antarctic's birds and animals, amongst others.
A long movie of the shoreline at St Andrew's Bay, which has a very large King Penguin colony.
At the end of the video we have a close encounter with a swimming penguin.
There were also fur seals and several kinds of seabirds scattered among the thousands of King Penguins.
Skuas and gulls were among them.
